Terms of Service
Last updated October 5, 2026
These terms govern your use of WarrantyWorks (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
The Service
WarrantyWorks helps businesses prepare, submit and track product warranty claims, including by analyzing product photos with AI, emailing warranty contacts on your organization's behalf, interpreting replies, and sending follow-ups. Features may change as the Service develops. During early access the Service is provided free of charge; we will give notice before introducing paid plans.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and your organization.
- Organization owners and admins control membership and automation settings for their organization.
Your responsibilities for claims
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legitimacy of the claims your organization submits, and for having the right to share any information included in them, including end-customer details.
- AI-generated readings and interpretations may be incorrect. Review claims and automated actions as appropriate for your business; automation can be paused at any time in Settings.
- Manufacturers, distributors and retailers decide the outcome of warranty claims. We do not guarantee that any claim will be approved, paid or processed within any timeframe.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit fraudulent, misleading or duplicate claims;
- use the Service to send spam or messages unrelated to genuine warranty matters;
- attempt to access other organizations' data or interfere with the Service's security or operation;
- use the Service in violation of any law or third party's rights.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or put the Service or others at risk.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, data and correspondence you put into the Service. You grant us the permissions needed to operate the Service for you, including processing your content with our service providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WarrantyWorks will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Ending your use
You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may end or suspend the Service or your access with reasonable notice, or immediately for serious violations of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will notify account owners before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
